- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Sign up free and create your first invoice in minutes. Upgrade only when you need more volume or businesses.
- Is this only for Indian businesses?
- No. Each business sets its own country, currency, timezone, and tax labels. India GST mode is optional.
- Does it include inventory or accounting?
- No — by design. Simple Billing focuses on invoicing and payments only, so you stay fast and focused.
- Can my accountant access invoices?
- MVP supports owner, admin, manager, and viewer roles with server-side enforcement. Self-serve team invites are planned for a later release — contact us if you need multi-user access at launch.
- How are invoice limits counted?
- Drafts don't count until issued. Limits reset each calendar year in your business timezone.
- Can I export data?
- Tax summary CSV export is available from Reports. Broader data export and customer CSV import are on the roadmap.
